Booking and Confirmation

• All bookings must be made through our official website, WhatsApp, phone, or authorized partners.
• A booking is confirmed only after receiving a deposit or full payment as instructed by our team.
• We may cancel or reschedule bookings due to weather, vehicle issues, or safety concerns.

Payments and Pricing

• Prices on our website are in AED and include applicable VAT (if any).
• Payment can be made online, in cash, or through approved payment links.
• Offers and discounts are subject to availability and may change without notice.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the tour get a full refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are charged 100% of the booking.
• Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
• We may cancel or postpone tours due to desert safety conditions; guests can choose a new date or request a full refund.

Safety and Participation

• All riders must follow the safety instructions given by our guides.
• Helmets, gloves, and other safety gear must be worn at all times.
• Riders must be 16 or older to ride solo; younger participants can ride as passengers under adult supervision.
• Pregnant women, people with serious medical conditions, or anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs cannot ride.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused by reckless or negligent riding.

Health and Liability

• All participants join at their own risk. Sharjah Quad Bike and its staff are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage unless caused by proven negligence.
• Guests must ensure they are medically fit for off-road desert activities.

Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances

• Desert conditions can change quickly. Tours may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to sandstorms, extreme heat, or other safety concerns.
• Flexible rescheduling or full refunds are offered in such cases.

Photography and Media

• By joining our tours, you agree that photos and videos taken during your ride may be used for promotional purposes.
• If you do not want to appear in media, please inform our team before the tour starts.

Responsibility of Guests

• Arrive on time at the agreed meeting point; late arrivals may result in cancellation without a refund.
• Follow all instructions for your safety and the safety of others.
• Respect the desert environment — no littering or disturbing wildlife.

Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions follow the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
